Michael Webber is a Managing Partner at GMR, covering both Argentina and Brazil. He leads the GMR South America sector. His expertise lies in the recruitment of middle management and divisional heads across a wide range of corporate functions. He is experienced in executive search, candidate evaluation and talent strategy.
Michael advises clients on succession planning, executive search, and workforce strategy, helping businesses build leadership teams that align with their long-term objectives. He partners with multinational corporations and private enterprises to address the unique challenges of talent acquisition in South America.
Prior to joining GMR, Michael held senior talent acquisition roles across Brazil and Argentina at BRF, JBS, and Adecoagro, where he gained extensive experience in high-growth, multinational environments.
