With a strong background in corporate talent strategy, Jameel aligns functional and senior leadership talent with evolving business needs. His experience in talent acquisition across major pharmaceutical firms has honed his skills in strategic hiring, succession planning, and employer branding, which he applies across multiple sectors.

Prior to joining GMR, Jameel held senior talent acquisition roles across the Middle East at Sanofi, GSK, and Al Hayat Pharmaceuticals, where he built deep expertise in executive hiring and leadership development. His experience across corporate talent strategy and recruitment enables him to deliver tailored solutions to global clients.
